2. Conditions for Refunds

• Service Not Delivered: If the agreed-upon services were not provided or completed within the specified time frame.
• Technical Issues: If there are significant technical problems that prevent the service from being functional or delivered.
• Dissatisfaction with Results: If the service did not meet the specified objectives, but only after a reasonable amount of time has passed for the results to manifest, usually between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the service.

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

• Services rendered as part of a long-term contract (e.g., monthly SEO maintenance).
• Digital products or reports delivered, unless there are significant issues with the service.
• Any promotional or discounted services.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund
